Description:     Medium growing Florida Native evergreen tree with dull green, rounded leaves and bright red berries prevalent in fall and winter.

Climate Requirements:  Heat tolerant, cold tolerant, and drought tolerant.
Grows quicker in full sun and in moist, acid soils.

hedge or median

FYI:  Discovered in East Palatka, Florida, hence the name.
