June marks the first month of the official Atlantic hurricane season. If you did not prune your trees this spring, now’s the time to do so. Trim back dead or weak branches from trees as well as dead or loose fronds from your palm trees. Be sure to haul off all the limbs, branches and fronds so they do not become dangerous projectiles in the event a storm does approach.
